COFFEE ROASTING

After being stored in warehouses for a year, the raw coffee is ready for roasting. This extremely important operation is carried out by following the golden rules allowing us to obtain a perfect espresso capable of conserving and exalting the organoleptic and aromatic characteristics of coffee.

The ability to sample and verify the coffee’s quality, skill when it comes to creating blends, top-notch competence during the roasting process and understanding the right level of maturation...these are all essential ingredients for achieving excellence.



To those who drink coffee to relax or to concentrate, for those whose blood circulates with ‘caffeine’, to those who only drink one cup, but it has to be excellent. To those who are convinced that coffee is good for them and who insist on only serving the best. For those who have always thought that without coffee the flavor of life would be somehow lacking. For those who go crazy for coffee and who’ve never betrayed it with so much as a cappuccino.
